Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Start USA LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”), operating from:

We assist entrepreneurs, primarily based in India, with U.S. business formation and related services.

By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Scope of Services

We provide assistance with:

  • U.S. LLC formation

  • EIN application

  • Registered agent coordination

  • Banking assistance (where applicable)

  • Ongoing compliance support (filings, renewals, guidance)

We act strictly as a facilitator/service provider and do not provide legal, tax, or financial advisory services.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and updated information

  • Submit valid government-issued identification documents

  • Comply with applicable laws in India and the United States

You are solely responsible for any errors, delays, or rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Payments

  • All services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed

  • Payments are processed via Razorpay and other supported payment methods

  • Prices may change without prior notice

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

Refund Policy

  • All payments are strictly non-refundable

  • This includes service fees, government charges, and third-party costs

  • Once payment is made, no cancellations or refunds will be processed under any circumstances

Timelines

All timelines are best-effort estimates only and not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:

  • Government processing timelines

  • Third-party providers

  • Incomplete or incorrect documentation

Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party providers including:

  • U.S. registered agents

  • Government authorities

  • Payment processors

  • Technology platforms such as Wix Studio, Google Analytics, and advertising platforms like Meta Ads

We are not responsible for delays, failures, or issues arising from these third parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • We are not responsible for rejection of applications by authorities

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service

Ongoing Compliance Disclaimer

While we may assist with compliance requirements, the ultimate responsibility for maintaining compliance with U.S. laws lies with the client.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • False or misleading information is provided

  • Legal or compliance risks are identified

No refunds will be issued upon termination.

Intellectual Property

All materials, workflows, and systems used in service delivery remain the intellectual property of Start USA LLC.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, India.
